Job Overview:
This role presents a unique opportunity to develop expertise in talent acquisition, recruitment strategy, and sales development. You will be responsible for assisting in candidate sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews, as well as contributing to the development and implementation of effective recruitment strategies.
In addition, you will conduct research on industry trends and competitor strategies, assist in creating compelling recruitment marketing materials, and support the organization and execution of successful recruitment events.
The ideal candidate is an ambitious individual with excellent communication skills, a strong interest in finance and business concepts, and the ability to work independently.
