Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles independently, ensuring effective and timely hiring to support business needs.
  • Post job descriptions on relevant platforms and communicate sourcing requirements to panel agencies for approved positions.
  • Review resumes and applications, conducting initial screenings to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers, handling all related logistics including room bookings and virtual meeting arrangements.
