Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our retail team and drive sales performance. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing a retail team, with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. They will be customer-centric, numerate, and tech-savvy, with a passion for people and a hunger for results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of retail associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the store customer experience and drive sales performance
  • Manage day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, sales and cash management, and visual merchandising
  • Recruit, coach, and build a strong team of retail staff who embody the Love, Bonito culture and values
  • Conduct regular business reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize store performance
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in the retail industry, preferably in fast fashion
  • 3 years of experience in managing a retail team, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with a passion for people and a hunger for results
  • Numerate and tech-savvy, with a strong understanding of inventory management, sales and cash management, and visual merchandising
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
