Are you a motivated professional looking for a leadership role in the engineering industry? We have an exciting opportunity for a Division Manager to join our team.

As a Division Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our division by overseeing the development and execution of our strategy to expand product offerings, improve cost and quality control, and enhance our brand image.

You will focus on Satcom SI projects and product operations and deliveries, improving cost and quality control, and leading efforts to increase sales of OEM products locally and internationally by venturing into new overseas markets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Day-to-day running of division operations, project delivery, and meeting division KPI orders and revenue growth.
  • Providing updates of division financial performance monthly to business unit leaders.
  • Responsible for staff career planning, competencies, and skillsets relevancy and welfare.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant experience in a management position, particularly in the Satcom domain business areas overseeing growth and operation.
  • Relevant experience in Satcom GEO, MEO, and LEO industries, networks, products, sales, and business development areas.
  • Track records in leading a team of more than 60 staff members.
  • Project management and operations experience.
