Leadership Opportunity in Manufacturing Engineering

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead our Singapore DDP (Dielectric Deposition Products) team.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Leading engineering teams and projects to ensure effective preliminary activities are completed.
  • Ensuring all assigned projects are completed according to predetermined requirements, including product specifications, project costs, resource utilization, and timeliness for completion.
  • Documenting all phases of project development and reporting necessary information to other functional areas, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Establishing departmental budgets and managing material and financial resources to achieve maximum productivity.
  • Assigning work to subordinate staff, providing professional development and coaching.
  • Developing new manufacturing technologies and incorporating newly created processes into our products/services.
  • Utilizing common engineering technology and software packages for optimization of design development activities and timelines.

Requirements:

  • Master/Bachelor Degree in Engineering with years of relevant manufacturing experiences.
  • At least 4 years of supervisory experiences managing a team of engineers.
  • At least 7 years of industry experiences in manufacturing, electronics, or semiconductor.
  • Problem-solving and quality-minded personality.
  • Ability to work with deadlines and different levels of stakeholders.
  • Ability to work with global stakeholders, leading to having meetings at different time zones.
  • Ability to travel for work at times in need.
  • Candidates with more experiences may be considered for Senior role.
