Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Equity Leader to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our equity capital strategies across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute equity capital plans that align with business objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of capital structures to optimize returns.
  • Provide expert advice on capital raising options and strategic roadmaps for monetization, equity dilution, or restructuring initiatives.
  • Oversee end-to-end execution of equity transactions, including building detailed valuation models and scenario analysis.
  • Manage investor relations, ensuring governance & documentation, and drive internal alignment with various teams.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in finance, preferably with an MBA (Finance) from a reputable institution or be a Chartered Accountant. A minimum of 6-10 years of experience is required, with at least 3-5 years in Equity Capital Markets or Corporate Finance roles.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in investment banking or Strategy/Deals/Transaction Advisory with top consulting/Big 4 firms.
  • High proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and equity structuring.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and data visualization for Board and Investor decks.
