About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Manager to join our team in the SEA region. As a key member of our Ecommerce Center of Excellence, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and innovation across our digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive ecommerce growth across the SEA region
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of ecommerce initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including retailers, marketplaces, and partners
  • Lead the development and implementation of data-driven analytics and insights to inform ecommerce strategy
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive ecommerce growth and innovation
  • Partner with local marketing teams to develop and execute ecommerce channel marketing and sales activation plans
  • Develop and maintain expertise in ecommerce channels, including grocery online, pure players, marketplaces, and social commerce
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in ecommerce
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (or equivalent commercial experience)
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in ecommerce business development, including sales development, financial acumen, data analysis, and supply chain optimization
  • Experience with FMCG within a digital environment, and/or digital marketplaces (Lazada, Ali, Amazon, Redmart, Pandamart, Tik tok) is a strong plus
  • Strong knowledge of ecommerce channels, including grocery online, pure players, marketplaces, and social commerce
  • Strong analytical skills with strong knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Self-starter with a high degree of initiative
  • Ability and desire to work at both strategic and tactical levels
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Attention to detail and organized
  • Commercially minded and extremely driven
