Key Responsibilities">

Estimating, Measurement and Cost Planning:

  • Produce accurate estimates for projects, including measurement of quantities and analysis of costs.

Procurement and Contract Management:

  • Manage the procurement process from pre-qualification to contract award, including quotation enquiry, analysis, selection, and preparation of contracts.

Quantities and Sourcing:

  • Take off quantities from tender drawings and documents, source quotations from suppliers and subcontractors where necessary.

Monitoring Progress and Cash Flow:

  • Monitor and verify monthly work done and progress claims, assist in monthly projection of cash flow.

Cost Reporting:

  • Prepare monthly cost reports for management review.

Client Interface:

  • Act as a cost lead, interfacing with clients and other consultants at all project stages.

Variation Order Assessment:

  • Review, analyze, and produce variation order assessments for finalisation.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costs.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
