Job Summary

This role involves working as an Estimation Engineer/Cost Engineer in a manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will develop precise cost estimates for custom and standard products, focusing on aircraft tooling and military vehicles. Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop accurate pricing based on detailed technical specifications and project requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, procurement, and sales teams to ensure estimates align with client needs.
  • Assess drawings and technical specifications to identify cost-effective solutions.
  • Deliver timely and accurate pricing for new projects, modifications, or repairs involving tools and Ground Support Equipment (GSE).

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in estimating or cost engineering, preferably in a tooling fabrication and machining environment.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering principles, materials science, and testing methods.
