About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing 3rd party spares inventory, ordering and monitoring ad-hoc aircraft components and consumables, and performing credit back of unused spares. They will be responsible for updating daily spares shortage lists and tracking task completion, as well as communicating with engineers on spares availability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage 3rd party spares inventory to ensure timely delivery of aircraft components and consumables
  • Order and monitor ad-hoc aircraft components and consumables required
  • Perform credit back of unused spares to optimize inventory costs
  • Update daily spares shortage lists and track task completion to ensure efficient operations
  • Communicate with engineers on spares availability to ensure seamless workflow
Requirements
  • Minimum Higher Nitec in Aerospace Engineering or equivalent
  • Good communication skills in written and spoken English
  • Able to work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment
  • Highly organized and computer literate with experience in SAP
