Inventory Planner

Job Duties:
You will be responsible for monitoring the inventory balance of engineering spare parts, reviewing order points, and planning for purchases.
You will raise purchase requisitions and analyze inventory stock-outs, following up with relevant parties. You will also manage inquiries regarding inventory status and purchases via email and/or calls.
You will be the liaison with procurement to order inventory and with the warehouse for the delivery and storage of inventory.
You will plan and coordinate the disposal of obsolete inventory and create new inventory records, as well as housekeeping existing data within the system.
You will also prepare data and reports for inventory analysis.
Requirements:
Requirements and skills:
NITEC in any discipline
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications like Excel and Word
Preferably with previous experience as an inventory planner or in a similar role
Preferably with experience in Maximo and/or Oracle Fusion
