SMITECH ENGINEERING PTE LTD is a reputable engineering company seeking an experienced and organized Site Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Site Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our office. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Maintaining the office condition and arranging necessary repairs
- Scheduling meetings and appointments
- Organizing the office layout and ordering stationery and equipment
- Partnering with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary
- Managing contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers, and office lease
- Managing office G&A budget, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
The Site Administrator will also provide general support to visitors and assist in the onboarding process for new hires. Additionally, they will address employees' queries regarding office supply and liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, and security services.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, the Site Administrator must have:
- NITEC/Higher NITEC in Business Administration or related discipline
- At least 2 years' experience preferably in the construction industry as an admin support
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-versed with Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Outlook
The ideal candidate should be able to work independently with minimum supervision and possess strong organization skills, detail-oriented, and strong multi-tasking abilities.
SalaryThe salary for this role is approximately SGD $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
