Senior Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Office Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative support to our CEO in Singapore.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent organizational skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities will include calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting organization and coordination of executive team meetings. The successful candidate will also assist in the execution of strategic initiatives and special projects, helping the CEO and senior leadership team meet organizational goals.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive assistant role is required, preferably within a similar industry or function. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive materials, are essential.
The estimated salary for this position is SGD 45,000 - 60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be proactive, independent, meticulous and maintain a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in event planning, time management, customer-service orientation and flexibility to learn new skills are also necessary.
