Key Responsibilities

The Senior Process Design Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Leading process engineering and design efforts.
  • Optimizing processes and configurations.
  • Developing and implementing process engineering solutions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Performing process simulations and preparing process/utility flow diagrams, heat and material balance, and utility balance.
  • Preparing piping and instrumentation diagrams, process equipment datasheets, and instrument datasheets.
  • Performing relief and blowdown studies, relief load scenario analysis, and flare network calculations.
  • Performing process calculations for equipment sizing and line hydraulics.

A Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering is required, along with a minimum of 20 years of experience in the field. Experience in offshore oil and gas projects, particularly those adhering to Australian standards, is highly desirable.
