About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our retail team as a Retail Shop Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our retail store, including sales, customer service, and visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales floor activities, including stock replenishment, visual displays, and customer engagement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers receive a personalized shopping experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a management role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a similar retail environment, such as a mall or department store.
  • Knowledge of current fashion trends and accessory materials.
  • Basic proficiency in POS systems.
