We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Automotive Expert to join our sales team at REV ECODRIVE PTE. LTD.

The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing them with detailed information about our vehicles, features, and benefits, and recommending the most suitable vehicle models and options to meet their needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers in a professional manner, providing them with detailed information about our vehicles, features, and benefits.
  • Actively listen to customer requirements and recommend the most suitable vehicle models and options to meet their needs.
  • Conduct test drives to demonstrate vehicle performance and features.
  • Negotiate pricing and finalize vehicle transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to provide customers with financing options and aftermarket products.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
