Develop Your Skills as a Swim Coach and Educate Children Through Sports.

  • The role of a Swim Coach is to educate children through sports, focusing on their physical development and skill improvement.
Job Responsibilities

As a Learn to Swim Coach at Epic Swim, your primary responsibility will be to coach Swim PE classes and Learn to Swim classes to children aged 3 and above. You will report to the General Manager and be part of our passionate team and community of coaches.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coaching Learn to Swim students according to our curriculum
  • Coaching Swim Physical Education students according to our curriculum
  • Attending Epic Swim's in-house training program and attaching to senior coaches prior to coaching independently
  • Providing timely feedback to parents on their child's progress and recording student logs
  • Attending regular workshops and courses to improve coaching skills
  • Completing administrative tasks related to the program, such as meet entries, attendance reports, student performance tracking, and workshop minutes
  • Maintaining a professional image as an ambassador of the brand
  • Participating actively in our coaches' community
