Job Title: VP, Head of Digital Assets

33 Talent Singapore Private Limited is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development of a comprehensive digital financial market infrastructure across Asia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a strategic plan for the digital asset unit, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals.
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities in funds, credit, structured products, and other real-world assets to capture new business and enhance existing relationships.
  • Drive revenue growth and oversee the unit's P&L, managing resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with banks, asset managers, and financial market infrastructure entities to support business growth.
  • Collaborate with commercial leads to build and sustain strong relationships with key institutional clients.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team, focusing on both product and commercial objectives to ensure their development and success.
  • Set and monitor performance targets to ensure they align with the business strategy.
  • Serve as the primary spokesperson for the unit, providing performance updates and insights to the executive team, board of directors, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years working in a product or commercial role at fintech/platform, bank, asset management, or financial intermediary with direct experience in digital assets in production.
  • Proven experience in a management role working with cross-functional teams, especially technology.
  • Track record of leading teams and achieving profitability in new businesses.
  • Good understanding of digital asset landscape and at least one of fixed income, structured products, or funds.
  • Strong senior partnerships within financial institutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
