Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Listening to and documenting customer concerns and issues with their vehicle.
  • Providing clear and concise explanations of recommended services and repairs.
  • Offering advice on vehicle maintenance and warranties.
  • Scheduling service appointments and managing the service workflow.
  • Coordinating with technicians to ensure timely and accurate diagnostics and repairs.
  • Keeping customers informed of the status of their vehicle throughout the service process.
  • Reviewing the service and repairs completed with the customer, ensuring satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a Dealership setting (an advantage).
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-level customer service.
  • Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A class 3 driving license would be a plus but is not compulsory.

Working Hours

You will work:

  • 5.5 days per week.
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm.
  • Saturday, 8:30am - 12:00pm.
