Job Description

The Sales Director for the Asia region will be responsible for driving revenue growth, margin expansion, and order intake for Radio Access products and solutions across Asia. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of building trusted relationships with C-level clients, shaping customer strategies, and orchestrating alignment across internal stakeholders and partners.

  • Lead as a key contributor to identify and pursue new opportunities in Radio Access sales, including orders, revenue, and margin.
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to accelerate market share gain and footprint from traditional vendors.
  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with MNOs and local government entities across Asia.
  • Collaborate with regional leaders, pre-sales, product line management, and delivery teams to ensure successful sales cycles.
  • Provide technical consultancy and influence customer roadmap alignment with Parallel Wireless RAN solutions.
  • Drive competitive positioning, gather market intelligence, and conduct competitor analysis to shape market strategy and increase wallet share.
  • Manage and coach a matrixed team, monitor pipeline via CRM tools, and drive discipline around forecasting and conversion rates.
  • Represent Parallel Wireless in commercial negotiations, industry events, and operator forums.
Required Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Minimum 10+ years of local experience selling as a personal contributor to local MNOs, preferably in Radio Access Networks, telecom solutions.
  • Proven record of sales success across Asia, with complex multi-stakeholder relationships.
