Job Title: Warehouse Logistics Coordinator

As a Warehouse Logistics Coordinator, you will play a critical role in facilitating the smooth operation of our store and logistics activities.

  • Inspecting and receiving incoming and outgoing goods, checking for damage and discrepancies between goods and invoices;
  • Accurately sorting, labeling, and storing goods for delivery and warehousing;
  • Loading, transporting, and delivering goods to clients in a safe, timely, and systematic manner;
  • Conducting regular stock checks/takings;
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of store and delivery vehicles;
  • Providing support to team members when needed and performing other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and efficient receipt and dispatch of goods;
  • Manage and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demands;
  • Develop and implement effective warehouse management systems;
  • Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and safe delivery of goods;
  • Perform quality control checks on received goods.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Nitec (Intermediate) / Certificate of Vocational Training / BCA Builder Certificate / NTC Grade 3 or equivalent;
  • Relevant experience in store and/or logistics delivery will be an advantage;
  • Class 3 Driving Licence.
