Job Title: Store Inventory Specialist

Overview:

As a Store Inventory Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and organization of products within our store. Your expertise in inventory management will enable us to maintain high levels of stock accuracy, reducing unnecessary expenses and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Safety: Safeguard valuable materials and ensure that all products are stored securely to prevent damage or loss.
  • Inventory Management: Effectively manage incoming goods by accurately recording entries into our IT system.
  • Visual Merchandising: Create visually appealing displays of products according to established criteria, utilizing designated shelving to maximize space.
  • Preparation for Sales Floor: Prepare products for display on the sales floor by attaching anti-theft tags and price labels.
  • Repair and Return Processing: Prepare products destined for repair or return by properly packaging and labeling them for efficient processing.
  • Internal Outlet Transfer (IOT): Perform IOT whenever requested by the sales floor team, ensuring seamless product movement.
  • Dispatching Goods: Coordinate the dispatch of goods to clients, factories, other stores, or warehouses efficiently.
  • International Shipping: Process external transfers of goods to other countries within the Group, including packing and scanning necessary documents.
  • Past Season Goods Packing: Pack past-season goods for delivery to origin when items on the shop floor remain unsold.

Requirements:

  • Warehouse/Logistics Experience: Candidates with prior experience in warehouse or logistics roles will be at an advantage.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively in English and blend well with the team.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work retail shifts, including weekends, as part of a 5-day workweek.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is beneficial.
