Job Description

The role of a Store Deliveries Specialist is to ensure seamless delivery and inventory management processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Inspect and verify incoming stock against delivery orders/invoices.
  2. Check for damages, quantity discrepancies, or incorrect items.
  3. Unload and organize deliveries.

Additionally, this role involves:

  1. Properly storing items in designated locations.
  2. Using shelving, racks, or storage systems to maintain order.
  3. Maintaining proper labeling and documentation.

This includes:

  1. Assisting in periodic stocktaking.
  2. Utilizing inventory management systems (Excel + ERP system).

Furthermore, this role requires:

  1. Picking, packing, and issuing stock as per requests or job orders.
  2. Ensuring accurate documentation for outgoing items.
  3. Coordinating with other departments or customers regarding supply needs.

Finally, this role entails:

  1. Keeping the store/warehouse clean and organized.
  2. Maintaining stock records.
  3. Reporting damaged or missing stock to supervisors.
  4. Supporting audits and stock reconciliation processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Basic math and record-keeping skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Basic computer skills (for inventory software).
  • A valid Class 3 driving license.
  • The ability to work weekends and public holidays if needed.
