Warehouse and Inventory Management Job">

The Warehouse and Inventory Management team is responsible for the efficient management of our warehouse operations. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse and Inventory Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Receive and inspect incoming stock against delivery orders/invoices.">
  • Check for damages, quantity discrepancies, or incorrect items.">
  • Unload and organize deliveries.">

Storing Inventory:

">

The successful candidate will be responsible for properly storing items in designated locations, using shelving, racks, or storage systems to maintain order and ensuring proper labeling and documentation.

Inventory Management:

">

They will assist in periodic stocktaking, use inventory management systems (Excel + ERP system), and ensure accurate documentation for outgoing items.

">

Issuing Goods:

">

The ideal candidate will pick, pack, and issue stock as per requests or job orders, ensure accurate documentation, and coordinate with other departments or customers regarding supply needs.

Housekeeping & Safety:

">

They will maintain a clean and organized workspace, report damaged or missing stock to supervisors, support audits and stock reconciliation processes, and possess a valid Class 3 driving license.

Required Skills:

  • Basic math and record-keeping skills.">
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.">
  • Basic computer skills (for inventory software).">
  • Valid Class 3 driving license.">
