Piano Center Receptionist Position Available

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused receptionist to join our team at the piano center. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering all incoming telephone calls and enquiries, handling correspondence, enrolling new students, and arranging teacher schedules.

As a key member of our front desk team, you will maintain the center's common areas in a neat, clean, and orderly manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining petty cash, keeping a proper record which is to be submitted on a monthly basis, collecting assessment fees and term fees, and issuing receipts.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail. If you are a team player with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you
