We are seeking a skilled Technical Training and Development Expert to join our team.

This role is responsible for delivering high-quality technical training to field service engineers, technical support engineers, install engineers, and external customers.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in optical, mechanical, electrical, or electronic engineering, and/or extensive technical experience on semiconductor inspection or metrology equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on service, maintenance, installation, repair, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with senior instructors, product engineers, manufacturing engineers, and PSO team members to design and implement training plans.
  • Maintain a high level of technical skills and stay up-to-date on new product changes and updates.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure the effectiveness of training programs.

Requirements:

  • Engineering degree in optical, mechanical, electrical, or electronic engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of in-depth technical experience on semiconductor inspection or metrology equipment.
  • Proven track record of supporting a range of install, service, tool building, manufacturing, or technical support activities on semiconductor systems.
  • Ability to communicate comfortably with international audiences in English.
