Job Title: Mechanical Engineer

Mechanical engineers play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining complex mechanical systems. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that the mechanical systems are seamlessly integrated into the building design.

Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for a skilled mechanical engineer who can
• Design and develop mechanical services including air conditioning, mechanical ventilation, fire protection, and plumbing systems
• Produce detailed calculations reports and technical input for presentation slides
• Liaise with registered inspectors and authorities on submission matters
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors on design, construction, and submission aspects of projects
• Attend technical and site meetings to resolve design issues and site problems
• Coordinate drawing production and checking of drawings for tender preparation and submission
• Support tender bid related to M&E design

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have:
• A bachelor's degree or diploma in mechanical engineering
• Fresh graduate or 1 year of working experience in the construction industry
• Experience in design is an added advantage
• Knowledge in mechanical design software (e.g., ASHRAE, E20, Trimble)
• Proficiency in drafting/BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Autodesk REVIT, Naviswork)
• Effective communication skills in English and Mandarin
