**Job Summary**

The Front Desk Associate is a vital role at MyCareersFuture, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Greeting Visitors:** Welcome and assist all visitors in a professional and friendly manner, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
  • **Mail and Deliveries:** Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution.
  • **Administrative Support:** Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies.
  • **Customer Service:** Address client and visitor inquiries, providing information and resolving issues promptly.
  • **Office Maintenance:** Ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • **Record Keeping:** Maintain and update visitor logs, appointment schedules, and other relevant records.

**Requirements:**

  • Diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or in a customer service role is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Customer-focused with a friendly and positive attitude.
