**Job Summary**
The Front Desk Associate is a vital role at MyCareersFuture, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Greeting Visitors:** Welcome and assist all visitors in a professional and friendly manner, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- **Mail and Deliveries:** Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution.
- **Administrative Support:** Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies.
- **Customer Service:** Address client and visitor inquiries, providing information and resolving issues promptly.
- **Office Maintenance:** Ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- **Record Keeping:** Maintain and update visitor logs, appointment schedules, and other relevant records.
**Requirements:**
- Diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
- Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or in a customer service role is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Customer-focused with a friendly and positive attitude.
