Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team at UE Park Avenue International PTE. LTD.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:- Frontline Service Delivery: Ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes for guests, responding promptly to their needs and queries.
- Cashiering Duties: Manage front desk operations, including handling cash transactions, maintaining accurate records, and performing administrative tasks.
- Guest Relations: Build rapport with customers, anticipate their needs, and provide personalized assistance to ensure a positive experience.
- Operational Support: Assist with day-to-day hotel operations, including maintaining the filing system, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with safety and security policies.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Service-Oriented: A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on building strong relationships and resolving issues promptly.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Opera system and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Teamwork: Collaborative mindset, with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a positive team dynamic.
We offer a competitive salary of SGD $45,000 per annum, plus benefits, including medical insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
