AVP, Investment Counsellor, Private Banking, Consumer Banking Group

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and present investment proposals that align with clients' strategic asset allocation and reflect their investment objectives and risk profiles.
- Collaborate with investment counsellors to build and maintain strong relationships with clients through a deep understanding of their requirements and objectives.
- Liaise with the product desk to coordinate marketing efforts for investment counsellors.
- Provide support to investment counsellors in managing and monitoring clients' portfolios.
- Gather information on economic, financial, or investment matters to support investment counsellors.
- Compile a list of recommendations from various product teams to address client needs.
- Coordinate meeting and training schedules for investment counsellors.
- Participate in other duties and projects assigned, such as streamlining team processes and managing risk.
Requirements
- Knowledge of modern banking solutions and system architecture.
- Basic banking and operational knowledge.
- Understanding of risk management, credit, operations, finance, compliance, and controls.
- Good understanding of financial and investment markets.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Excel macro.
- Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think analytically and solve problems across multiple dimensions.
