
International Business Expansion Specialist

As a key member of our team, the Franchise Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our international franchise business. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic organization and contribute to the development and implementation of strategies that drive business expansion and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to generate international interest in our brand and attract qualified franchise partners.
- Conducting global market scans to identify target regions, assess market readiness, and prioritize expansion opportunities.
- Building a pipeline of prospective franchisees through proactive outreach, trade shows, digital campaigns, and industry networks.
- Leading the full franchise sales process: screening prospects, conducting evaluations (financial capacity, operational experience, and brand fit), and facilitating due diligence.
- Negotiating franchise terms and ensuring alignment with company standards, collaborating with legal and senior management to finalize agreements.
- Representing the brand at international industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to showcase franchising opportunities.

- The number of new franchise agreements secured.
- The growth in revenue from existing franchises.

- The development of strong relationships with franchisees and stakeholders.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's or diploma in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in F&B franchising, business development, or international sales.
- Proven success in franchise recruitment and expansion.
- Strong knowledge of franchise operations, legal frameworks, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and financial data.
- Independent, self-driven, and results-oriented with a hands-on working style.
