Job Title: Office Support Specialist
Description:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Support Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. They will also have experience in office administration, including managing stationery and supplies, coordinating courier services, and performing daily top-ups and inventory checks.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate office operations, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, and preparing meeting materials
- Manage office supplies, including ordering stationery and pantry items
- Perform daily tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office records
- Support the team with administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and taking messages
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in office administration or a related field
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
