- Administer and manage end-to-end payroll and benefits processes for assigned countries, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Perform daily payroll and benefits administration tasks within established timelines.
- Coordinate and interact with external payroll and benefits vendors at both global and regional levels to ensure service quality and employee satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of country-specific payroll regulations, labor laws, and tax requirements to ensure compliance.
- Process benefits-related payroll deductions and verify alignment with local benefits regulations.
- Conduct internal audits and reconciliations to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.
- Analyze current payroll and benefits administration processes, systems, and structures, recommending and implementing improvements for efficiency.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external providers to resolve payroll-related issues and enhance overall service delivery.
- Provide support and guidance to employees on payroll and benefits-related inquiries.
- Adapt to dynamic business needs, managing ambiguity and working flexible hours when required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in payroll and/or benefits administration; relevant internship or co-op experience may also be considered.
- Experience working with outsourced payroll providers is a plus.
- Strong business partnering, influencing, and stakeholder management skills to support regional requirements, vendors, and internal teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Good communication skills (both written and spoken).
