Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at JONDAVIDSON PTE. LTD. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective technical support via phone and email.

About You

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in end-user support, with expertise in Windows OS, Active Directory Account Administration, and MS Outlook. Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure are essential for this role.

Main Responsibilities

Provide First Call Resolution (FCR) technical support via phone and email
Perform first-level troubleshooting on all reported incidents and escalate incidents as necessary
Furnish and submit timely updates to customers on the status of outstanding issues within targeted Service Level
Maintain ownership of cases and follow up on reported issues until closure, gathering accurate and complete relevant information
Manage customer expectations and notify Team Lead in the event of unusual surges in calls of a specific nature

Salary Information

The salary for this position is estimated to be around SGD $45,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
