Key Responsibilities
  • Lead regional succession planning efforts, identifying and developing high-potential talent and ensuring robust leadership pipelines.
  • Champion the performance management process, providing guidance and support to ensure consistency, fairness, and effectiveness.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to assess organizational capabilities, identify gaps, and implement solutions to enhance team performance and agility.
  • Support change initiatives by providing expertise in communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.

The ideal candidate will possess strong influencing skills, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, and a deep understanding of talent development frameworks, leadership assessment tools, and performance management systems.

Requirements and Preferred Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 8-10 years of progressive experience in talent management, organizational development, or HR business partnering.
  • Experience working with multi-country responsibilities and ability to operate in a matrixed organization.
