Role Overview:

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Senior Sales and Education Executive. You will be responsible for managing retail store sales, launching initiatives, inventory, in-store product merchandising, and overall education programs for the region.

You will work closely with our Sephora teams to positively build and maximize brand awareness. Your key areas of focus will include training, driving sales, and building strong business relationships with stores, sales teams, and management.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs to strengthen brand and product knowledge among Sephora employees
  • Partner with the Sales and Education Manager to identify training opportunities and hold larger-scale education events
  • Act as an ambassador for Biossance, maintaining a professional appearance and attitude both in person and across social channels
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with all levels of Sephora Field and Store Leadership
  • Responsible for managing SEA markets to drive growth and working collaboratively with Sephora to deliver sales objectives
  • Ensure in-store merchandising and brand presentation aligns with brand guidelines
  • Maintain strong inventory focus and work with Sephora to manage out-of-stocks
  • Work closely with the Sales and Education Manager on new Sephora store openings in SEA

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Account Executive or Education Executive roles within the cosmetics industry, preferably with Sephora experience
  • Past experience in fast-paced environments, passion for selling and training beauty products in an in-store setting
  • Excellent presentation skills, ability to create, inspire, and coach others
  • Ability to travel extensively within the region, sometimes requiring overnight stays
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and specific holidays based on retailer calendars and events
  • Clean driving record, reliable insured car, and a valid driver's license
