Executive Education Sales Manager

As an Executive Education Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth through the development and implementation of effective sales strategies. You will work closely with our marketing team to identify new opportunities and build strong relationships with clients. Job Description:
- Drive Business Growth: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our customer base.
- Client Relationships: Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, and continuously monitor and improve sales performance.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing team to identify new opportunities and develop targeted campaigns.
- Leadership Skills: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve outstanding results, and provide coaching and guidance to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or communications.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a similar industry, with a proven track record of success.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and excellent time management and organizational skills.
