Legal Professional - Employment Law Expertise

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Legal Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will have expertise in employment law and be able to provide guidance on various legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advice and conduct research on employment law, including contract law, data protection laws, and intellectual property law.
  • Evaluate and minimize risk factors related to business decisions and operations.
  • Maintain databases according to regulations in different jurisdictions.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate settlement documents and other legal documents.
  • Coordinate and negotiate with external parties.
  • Advise on various legal issues related to business development.

Requirements:

  • Recognized law degree from a recognized university in the Commonwealth.
  • At least 3 years' experience in general commercial practice groups and/or as an in-house legal counsel technology/telecommunications company.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with strong negotiation skills.
  • High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion in balancing compliance and business objectives.
