Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to provide business insights through metrics, reporting, and variance analysis based on in-depth analysis. Key responsibilities include preparing, developing, and analyzing daily, weekly, and monthly reports and presentations on KPIs and other key statistical data in a customer service environment.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any field
  • Preferably with 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Practical knowledge in importing data for report software, spreadsheets, Tableau, Power BI, pivots, formulas, graphs, and flow charts
  • Experience in overseeing contact center operations' design, development, and implementation
  • Ability to prioritize and complete tasks under tight deadlines
  • Flexible and adaptable to different business models and projects
