Business Intelligence Analyst, Critical Facilities Support

Job Description">

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to support our Critical Facility Operations teams. This role will be crucial for providing site teams insight into their operational performance, providing business leaders data on areas of focus and improving team's awareness and alignment to defined business processes.

The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, experience in data and metrics development, and proficiency in Power BI. Experience with Software as a Service type platform data would be beneficial but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain business metrics to monitor the usage and efficiency of various workflows.
  • Create reports and dashboards using Power BI to provide insights into performance and track adherence to processes.
  • Manage the collection and sanitization of data related to operational processes and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular audits and quality checks.
  • Assist Critical Facility Operations teams in understanding and adhering to business expectations by reporting on KPIs relating to processes workflows.
  • Support the collection of availability and operational data.
  • Track and analyze performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and process adherence.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a business intelligence or data analyst with a focus on report and dashboard creation.
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI or equivalent platform for data visualization and reporting building.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a data center or IT operations environment.
  • Experience with data collection, sanitization, and metric development.
  • Exceptional quantitative, analytical skills with the ability to exercise clear and sound judgement, while demonstrating solid problem-solving skills.
