They are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to derive valuable insights that drive informed business decisions. Your proficiency in Mandarin and English will be instrumental in effectively communicating with Mandarin-speaking clients and colleagues.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and correlations.
- Develop and implement data models, algorithms, and statistical techniques to extract meaningful insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Prepare and present reports, visualizations, and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Maintain data integrity, quality, and security protocols.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience with data analysis tools and programming languages such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Knowledge of statistical techniques and predictive modeling is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
