Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have experience in preparing forms and filing of recordals for trademark renewals, assignment, change of name, licence on the IPOS Digital Hub. You will also be responsible for updating, maintaining and monitoring deadlines on file-related matters.

You will need to perform administrative tasks such as opening and closing files, generating and drafting standard letters, drafting invoices and ad hoc correspondence.

  1. Preferably some experience in trade marks given the scope of work
  2. Must be self-motivated and independent
  3. Open to learning with a 'can do' attitude
  4. Team player
  5. Methodical, meticulous with attention to detail
  6. Good organisational and administrative skills
