A key member of our team, you will ensure that every guest has an exceptional experience at our hotel.
Job Description:As a customer experience coordinator, your primary responsibility is to oversee the smooth operation of the front desk and ensure that all guests are treated with respect and courtesy. This includes greeting guests upon arrival, handling check-in and check-out procedures, and responding to any questions or concerns they may have during their stay.
You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of guest stays, including checking in and out times, room assignments, and any special requests or issues that may arise during their stay.
Additionally, you will be expected to work closely with other members of the front office team to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the day.
This is a fast-paced environment, and you must be able to multitask effectively, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of productivity even in the face of unexpected challenges or changes.
Key Responsibilities:- Coach and supervise the front desk team to ensure excellent service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of guest stays, including check-in and check-out times, room assignments, and special requests or issues
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Work closely with other members of the front office team to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field an asset
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of productivity
