Job Title: HR and Payroll Support Specialist
Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for administrative work? Do you have experience in payroll processing and human resources management? We are seeking a skilled HR and Payroll Support Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:- Assist the Accountant Manager with various tasks, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance reporting.
- Perform partial HR duties, such as employee onboarding, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Create, calculate, and submit tax clearance and CPF reports for staff payrolls monthly.
- Check staff attendance and generate reports, including overtime and provision bonus calculations.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum qualification of N-Level or higher.
- Related work experience, preferably in an accounting or HR-related field.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
We offer a competitive salary package, including:
- A monthly salary ranging from $2,500 to $2,700.
- A comprehensive benefits program, including CPF and other allowances.
Our office is located in Central West Singapore, near the Commonwealth MRT station. We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for growth and development.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, with a 1-hour lunch break. Our staff benefits include starting from SGD 2,600 per month, plus additional allowances.
