Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, system development, and aviation-related studies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage R&D and engineering projects assigned to research institutes, IHLs, and industry partners.
  • Establish and maintain effective stakeholder engagement strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement project management plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, ICT system development, robotics, automation, or industrial system engineering.
  • Experience in managing projects with budgets over $1M and team sizes over 10 people.
  • Familiarity with development processes related to AI/ML systems, digital twin, modeling, simulation workflows, cybersecurity, robotics, and automation.
