**About the Role**

MyCareersFuture is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team in Singapore. As a key member of our global Monetization Partnerships organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and innovation through strategic partnerships.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to accelerate long-term revenue growth and future-proof the strategic direction of our partners.
  • Identify and translate market opportunities and challenges into well-defined strategies to drive ecosystem growth in Indonesia.
  • Act as a CEO-level advisor to our partners, unlocking revenue and value through a deep understanding of their business models, positioning, and risks.
  • Work closely with partners across different stages of the partnership life cycle to focus on their go-to-market plans with clients across WhatsApp, Instagram Direct, and Facebook Messenger platforms.
  • Provide thought leadership on the direction of Messaging and Conversational Commerce.
  • Map the Messaging ecosystem to identify upcoming technological trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence partner product development efforts, both short-term feature requests and long-term strategic roadmaps.
  • Become a thought leader and exhibit confidence in presenting MyCareersFuture to C-suite executives.
  • Represent the team in events and evangelize the program to the industry and developer partners.
  • Drive product adoption and growth, as well as provide ongoing education about new and existing MyCareersFuture marketing products, especially those that leverage APIs and other advanced technology.

**Minimum Qualifications**

  • 8+ years of experience in partnerships, product, or sales roles.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, as this role will collaborate with external stakeholders whose usual business language is Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Demonstrable understanding of how technology works, including a deep interest in MyCareersFuture products and the digital marketing landscape.
  • Proven experience in working successfully with cross-functional peers and stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Demonstrable project management and quantitative analytical skills, including the ability to build Go-To-Market plans.
  • Proven ability to lead and execute multiple time-sensitive projects in parallel.
  • Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Experience in using data to come up with executive summaries and business cases that drive decision-making and investments.
  • Experience or understanding of Digital Advertising, Ad tech, CPaaS/Telco/Messaging industries.
  • Experience driving growth through technology and product integrations is a major plus. We are looking for a business-savvy professional who has an ability to understand how to utilize MyCareersFuture products in order to drive growth with partners.
  • Bachelor's degree.
