We are seeking a highly organized and proactive sales administrative support specialist to join our team. About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team and management, preparing and processing sales quotations, proposals, and contracts, maintaining and updating customer records, sales reports, and CRM systems, assisting in tracking sales targets and performance metrics, handling customer inquiries and providing support in a professional manner, liaising with other departments to ensure timely processing of orders and deliveries, organizing and maintaining digital and paper files related to sales activities, and preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team and management.
- Prepare and process sales quotations, proposals, and contracts.
- Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and CRM systems.
- Assist in tracking sales targets and performance metrics.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support in a professional manner.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure timely processing of orders and deliveries.
- Organize and maintain digital and paper files related to sales activities.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports as required.
- Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent qualification.
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in administration, sales support, or customer service.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
