Job Title: Business Support Specialist

Sales Support Specialists are responsible for providing administrative support to the sales department. The role involves handling urgent calls, emails, and messages from existing customers when Sales Representatives are unavailable.

The primary responsibilities of a Sales Support Specialist include:
  • Providing administrative support to the sales department by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing customer interactions.
  • Handling incoming orders with sales representatives by checking for correct prices, discounts, products numbers, and inventory before generating sales orders.
  • Attending to walk-in customers when the marketing department is preoccupied.
  • Updating on commercial team sales revenue based on data provided by the accounts department.
  • Following up with key customers on aftersales matters such as disputes on service quotes, service matters, or loans with the sales department head.
  • Preparing quotations for clients.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
  • O Level or equivalent qualification.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
