Choose 2 Rent, a leader in electronic equipment rentals, is seeking an experienced Sales and Administrative Support Professional.
">This role will support the sales team, collaborate with clients, and work closely with other departments such as Client Services, Fulfillment Center, and Accounting.
">The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the team operates at maximum capacity.
">Main Responsibilities:

- Data Management: Complete accurate data entry, ensuring timely and error-free processing. ">
- Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, as well as general informational reports from our CRM system. ">
- Order Coordination: Review client orders, confirm pricing, and track pending orders with logistics. ">
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Update the CRM with customer notes, pricing, and other relevant information. ">
- Document Management: Create files, manage customer paperwork, and take direction from the sales team on specific needs. ">
Qualifications:

- Extensive experience with Microsoft Excel (charts, graphs, formulas, etc.) ">
- Minimum of 2 years of office/clerical experience preferred ">
- Ability to organize, plan, prioritize duties, and maintain attention to detail ">
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; CRM experience is beneficial ">
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written; fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing) ">
- A positive, winning attitude, always seeking improvement ">
