Job Description:

As a Sales Support and Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team.

Key Responsibilities include: Answering phone calls, replying emails, answering customer queries, providing information, taking and processing orders. Liaising with clients directly if there's delivery or stock issues. Communicating with logistics for delivery arrangement. Preparing packing lists for the warehouse. Handling salmon factory yield rate reports and stock in. Matching signed delivery order invoices with tax invoices. Daily sales report submissions. Mailing invoices to clients. Filing of invoices. Preparing sticker labeling.
